Since taking up residency in Mulberry Court, I have found everyone who works here to be most courteous and extremely helpful. Whether you are speaking to the maintenance staff or members of the concierge team, nothing is too much trouble. The concierge staff in particular, are incredibly kind and thoughtful. Always ready and willing to assist in any way possible, they go above and beyond the call of duty. Always a smile, always a helping hand

The concierge service is outstanding. Not only are the staff helpful, cheerful and friendly but they go the extra mile for us. Life is better because they are there

We’d been looking for a property for my mother in the Kingston area for several months but couldn’t find anything suitable. That was until we found Mulberry Court in Hampton Wick – a beautiful retirement development comprising fully accessible, well-appointed flats with stunning communal lounge areas, café, studio and gardens all within walking distance of Kingston and Bushy Park. All the staff have been so friendly and helpful, assisting with the purchase and the numerous questions and viewing appointments that we’ve had to make. She is finally moving in at the end of this month and is really looking forward to her new life at Mulberry Court

One of the best things about living here is the daily presence of the friendly and helpful concierge staff. Any little problem and they will do everything they can to sort it out. Also, living alone, there is nothing like a friendly smile to make you feel happy

I have worked with John & the team at Lifestyle Residences for over 12 years, most recently on the stunning conversion of Churcham House. We had an incredible launch day and throughout the process buyers were thrilled with what they saw. There was such attention to detail with no expense spared on the finishes throughout. I am so impressed with their sincere and innovative approach to property development

As soon as I walked into Churcham House it felt like the home I’d like to live in. Lifestyle Residences have brought London luxury to Teddington in a sympathetic way. This beautiful old building is converted into just 10 well-designed apartments, with elegant touches not often found in such developments and a lovely sense of community

Since I have been a resident of Mulberry Court, I have found my peace and contentment, the move into the very desirable environment is the best thing I have done since becoming a widow.
The décor and charm of the lounges are warm and welcoming, I so look forward to joining other residents for coffee and a chat – very often with a giggle. The concierge team are absolutely wonderful. The “Tender Loving Care” they give is in abundance. They are always smiling and ready to assist when needed. I appreciate everything they do for me, they make me feel special, as I am sure the other residents do too

We are grateful for the allocation of a cleaner to help us, they have all been good. Thank you for the provision of pre-prepared meals and for the availability of tea and coffee etc. Thank you, finally, for the superb care of the trees, grass and ponds in the grounds

We downsized to Mulberry Court to continue living an independent life, with good support and comfort. Our experience of living here for nine months has met our expectations–from the cool air blowing out of the heat exchanger during the heat wave last August our pictures being hung up expertly in 2 hours! There is plenty going on in the communal area, like film nights, book club, art and craft groups, scrabble club, fish and chips and any excuse for a party! But there is no compulsion to join in.

The concierge desk is invaluable and provides help with deliveries, prescriptions, taxis & local information. We are very near Kingston and Teddington, with good shopping and restaurants, cinemas and theatres and the concierges organise regular outings. Bushey Park, Home Park and Barge Walk are all within walking distance.

There are good communal areas with excellent coffee and pastries. Residents often gather here for informal morning chats, read newspapers or to add a few pieces to ongoing jigsaw puzzles. A care company  is on site in the mornings for the welfare of residents and, if required, to arrange tailored care packages.

Most of all, we have peace of mind regarding financial outgoings and health. Therefore, our two children also feel content their parents are in a good place
