We are at the planning stage for a mixed use development in Molesey on the banks of the River Ember, just a stone’s throw from Hampton Court Palace. We will again be working in partnership with the Sons of Divine Providence.

We are planning to create a new mixed use development of independent retirement living apartments and affordable residential properties, together with some private residential. The development will include riverside walks with a Horticultural Centre and cafe opening up to the public.

Downsizing with the stress removed

Lifestyle Residences work together with The Senior Moves Partnership, a service formed to help take the headaches out of the downsizing process, for those embarking on a move into a retirement property. All of our residents receive a complimentary package of 20 hours downsizing support to help them during their move to one of our properties

Extra care when you need it

Right now you are independent and enjoying an active and full retirement. But we know that your needs can change as the years go by or following a short term hospital stay. We have partnered with later living home care specialists ‘Home Instead’ who can provide extra services and support as and when the need arises.
