An exciting milestone for Mulberry Court

We’re celebrating ‘topping out’ at Mulberry Court, as our construction team on site completes the roof structure for the main building. 

We recently welcomed our project partners for a socially-distanced ceremony and blessing to mark the day.

We are incredibly proud of our team and all those who have worked with us on this project. This milestone marks a significant achievement as we continue to deliver the development ahead of schedule, despite the challenges that this year has thrown at us in terms of working safely in line with COVID restrictions.

When complete, Mulberry Court will offer buyers a chance to downsize to one of 34 elegant one and two-bedroom apartments, tailor-made for retirement living, and set in beautiful gardens with stunning shared facilities including a café, event space and salon.
