Mulberry Court now 50% sold

The team at Lifestyle Residences working in partnership with estate Agent Rice & Roman are delighted with the consumer response to their latest Independent retirement Living development in Hampton Wick, Surrey.

Following a targeted advertising and marketing campaign including launch events, sponsorships, local press ads and social media activity the development is now 50% sold.

Our first residents started moving in before Christmas and are already enjoying their the elegant new homes. The on site concierge and management team have been on hand throughout to ease the moving in and settling in process.

The next phase of marketing activity is due to kick off this week and includes a new sponsorship of Instant Opera, a local operatic society focussed on bringing opera to the local area.
